MIES (FIBA 3x3 World Tour) - Vlad Bazgan from Romania won the first-ever edition of the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Fantasy Game but he could not find the perfect combination.
Fans worldwide had a chance to prove their 3x3 IQ by guessing who would be the top 4 scorers of the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Bloomage Beijing Final, out of the 48 participating players.
To spice things up, fans had to choose the MVP of their team of 4. Their MVP's points would count double.
The perfect combination this season was to select Karlis Lasmanis (Riga, LAT), Dusan Bulut (Novi Sad Al Wahda, UAE), Bogdan Dragovic (Zemun, SRB) and Dejan Majstorovic (Novi Sad Al Wahda, UAE) as Fantasy MVP for a total of 167 points.
None of the participants had the perfect team but Bazgan was the closest.
He nailed down Majstorovic as Fantasy MVP, included both Dragovic and Bulut but had Piran (SLO) star Simon Finzgar instead of Lasmanis. He tallied 162 points overall.
Bazgan won a full FIBA 3x3 World Tour uniform.
Riccardo Sbernardori finished 2nd with 157 points and Andrea Bozzetti claimed 3rd place with 155 points.
