The guard has been getting better with every game and also handed out 5 assists, as well as grabbing 4 rebounds to show the Opals have an exciting young talent on their hands.

Gabby Willliams put in her usual vibrant display for France as they swept aside Germany to make it four Semi-Finals appearances in succession. It was the usual all-action performance from the forward who contributed 15 points, pulled down 6 rebounds and came up with 5 dimes to cement her place as a leading MVP contender.

Emma Meesseman produced another colossal performance as Belgium took another historical step forward by making the Semi-Finals for the first time. The Cats' centerpiece dominated and paced an eye-catching triumph against Spain with contributions on both ends of the floor. She posted 19 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocks.

A'ja Wilson was again on fire for USA and still one of the main contenders for MVP after torching Nigeria. The forward put on a power-packed show and came away from the contest having registered a performance efficiency valuation of 32. That came from 9 of 11 shooting en-route to 20 points and she had 11 rebounds too.

Alanna Smith has been one of the main reasons for the upturn in the Opals' form due to her energy, intensity and all-around impressive play. The forward was outstanding in the victory against Serbia, with her opponents finding her far too hot to handle. She recorded a powerful double-double of 22 points and 13 rebounds, plus 4 assists and 2 blocks.
