The top performer for the day was Nathan Missia-Dio who helped Belgium fight back from 12 points down to beat Iceland 74-73 - including his team's final 6 points in the last 42 seconds. The power forward collected 35 points, 16 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 1 block for an efficiency of 40. The points and efficiency were tournament highs for any player thus far in Poland.
Lithuania rolled into the Quarter-Finals with a 79-63 victory over Türkiye thanks in large part to Paulius Murauskas. The forward scored 18 points to go with 16 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals for a 27 efficiency.
Motiejus Krivas also had a strong game against Türkiye with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 2 blocks for an efficiency of 25.
France rolled past Germany 103-78 and Roman Domon produced an efficiency of 24 with 21 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 steals.
Iceland had a great fight with Belgium and lost despite Tomas Thrastarson collecting 18 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals and 1 block for an efficiency of 23.
