Who were the winners in 2023?

In their first ever Final, Slovenia took the spoils in a gripping 63-61 victory over France, adding to their win in the Division B Final the year before. Ajsa Sivka put on an clinic at both ends when it mattered most, finishing with 20 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Slovenians to glory.

Delight for Slovenia, but it was heartbreak for Lithuania - who won this very tournament in 2022 - and Czechia, who were both relegated to Division B. Croatia and Luxembourg will take their places this summer. Portugal did finish in the relegation zone, but were spared due to them hosting this year's event.
