    Nell Angloma took home the MVP honors and the title in Portugal

    France's Nell Angloma took home the Most Valuable Player honors at the FIBA U18 Women's EuroBasket 2024.

    MATOSINHOS (Portugal) - France's Nell Angloma was named Most Valuable Player of the FIBA U18 Women's EuroBasket 2024, also taking home the title after victory in the Final over Spain.

    Angloma headlines the All-Star Five, which also includes Spain center Awa Fam, Gal Raviv of Israel, Portugal's Clara Silva and Serbia's Jovana Popovic.

    MVP: Nell Angloma (France)

    Selected MVP amongst a stacked France roster, Angloma contributed across the board in the tournament finishing among leaders in numerous categories after putting up 13.8 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. In the Final she came up with a dagger bucket to extend her nation's lead to 9 with just 55 seconds remaining.

    Awa Fam (Spain)

    Having won the MVP at the FIBA U20 Women's EuroBasket, Awa Fam suffered another defeat in the Final to France in Portugal. Nevertheless, she once again starred for Spain to earn a spot on the All-Star Five, averaging 15.9 points, 10.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.

    Gal Raviv (Israel)

    Raviv led Israel to a fourth place finish, ranking fourth in scoring and sixth in assists in the tournament while averaging 17.3 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.7 assists. Her standout performance came in the Group Phase against Finland where she dropped 24 points with 9 assists and 5 rebounds.

    Clara Silva (Portugal)

    Clara Silva put on a show on home soil, helping her nation to a top five finish and thus qualification to the FIBA U19 Women's Basketball World Cup 2025. The center led all scorers as she averaged 18.7 points, 7.6 rebounds and 3.4 assists.

    Jovana Popovic (Serbia)

    Popovic was instrumental in Serbia reversing an 0-3 Group Phase record to finish third. In the Third Place Game she went off for 28 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists to finish the tournament averaging 16.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.3 assists.
