    Prior to the draw, the teams were placed in pairs taking into account their position in the FIBA ​​Nike Youth Ranking. Then, the draw was carried out to know the members of each group and their position for the games. Pot 1 had The United States and Canada. In Pot 2 Puerto Rico and Colombia, in Pot 3 Brazil and Argentina and in Pot 4 Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

    In the Group Stage, each team will play against the teams in their group to define the Quarter-Finals.The teams will meet in the following order:

    2nd A vs. 3rd B
    2nd B vs. 3rd A
    1st B vs. 4th A

    The four winners will advance to the Semi-Finals and the rest will play for positions 5-8.

    The top four teams in the competition will secure their tickets to the FIBA ​​U19 Women's Basketball World Cup in 2025.
