    TAMPERE (Finland) - The second day of action at the FIBA U18 EuroBasket 2024 is now complete. Spain and Italy have put their names on the winning tab as six teams continued their unbeaten run.

    Top Performers

    Hannes Steinbach from Germany recorded the highest efficiency of the day. In a cruising win over Croatia, he posted a double-double of 16 points and 19 rebounds for an efficiency of 32.

    Serbia's Savo Drezgic came in a close second in that regard with 29 points on 3-of-6 shooting from beyond the arc. He also added 5 steals, 4 rebounds and 2 assists in a victory over Latvia.

    Despite Greece's loss to Sweden, Panagiotis Pagonis showcased his talents with a double-double of 24 points and 11 rebounds, as he also recorded one blocked shot.

    In that same game, Samuel Obenjo from the winning side led the way with another double-double of 15 points, 15 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals, which amounted to an efficiency of 28.

    Italy's Elhadji Dame Sarr recorded a second triple-double of the event in his team's success over Israel. The shooting guard posted 18 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists along with 3 steals in a display of versatility.
