HERAKLION (Greece) - The FIBA U16 EuroBasket 2024 action is almost ready to get underway after the final rosters were confirmed on the eve of the tournament.
There are 16 teams aiming to be crowned champions in Heraklion including last year's winners Spain, who have claimed the title in two of the past three editions.

Group A: Finland, Latvia, Türkiye, Spain Group B: Bulgaria, Germany, Serbia, Lithuania Group C: Georgia, Poland, Slovenia, France Group D: Croatia, Israel, Greece, Italy
The Group Phase consists of three consecutive gamedays to open proceedings before the first rest day is followed by the Round of 16, and Quarter-Finals. After the second rest day takes place, the Semi-Finals will be played on Friday before the competition concludes on Saturday.
Meanwhile, action is already underway at the FIBA U16 EuroBasket 2024, Division B with the tournament starting on Thursday in Skopje, North Macedonia - with 22 teams vying for the three promotion spots.
