SINGAPORE (Singapore) - The last day of the group phase will see teams battle for second spot in Group A, but also for the top of the standings in Group B, which also means a spot in the Final.
NBA G League United vs. Tasmania JackJumpers (Group B)
Key matchup: Both teams are built in a similar way with a lot of scoring, a lot of athleticism, and a lot of size. However, in a do-or-die game like this one, it could come down to one guy going crazy in the clutch.
Milton Doyle could be the one for the JackJumpers. The 30-year-old from Chicago has seen it all in international basketball, and his four three-pointers against Quimsa on Day 2 showed he's ready to win a game or two for the NBL champions.
Somebody coming from nearby Milwaukee though has the exact same ambition for the NBA G League United. Deonte Burton was United's leading scorer in their matchup with the Argentinians, scoring 17 points in a hurry.
Burton is also 30 years old, and he's got more than 70 NBA games under his belt, most of which with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Two big, strong scoring guys from neighboring cities in the United States going againtst each other - this could be a fun battle.
X factors: The G League United had a nine-man roster in their first game at the FIBA Intercontinental Cup. Tasmania went 11 deep in their game against Quimsa, and that depth advantage could be crucial for the Aussies.
Especially because they are playing their second game within 24 hours. With none of his players playing heaving minutes, coach Scott Roth will actually look to build an advantage through intensity, even though this is a back-to-back game for the JackJumpers.
Meanwhile, United coach Paul Hewitt will have to keep an eye on foul trouble with his thin bench and the Australian style of physical play.
How to watch: The game tips off at 13:00 local time in Singapore, which is 15:00 in Tasmania, Australia; 1:00 a.m. East Coast time in the United States.

Petro De Luanda vs. Al Riyadi Beirut (Group A)
Key matchup: Childe Dundao only had four points without making a single field goal against Unicaja on Day 1, meaning he will be motivated more than ever to prove it was just a bad day at the office.
Dundao is the reigning Angolan League MVP, and being a strong individual will help him bounce back, knowing a win could send Petro De Luanda to second spot in the group and the battle for third at the FIBA Intercontinental Cup.
Wael Arakji will have the size advantage over Dundao as the opposing point guard, but it remains to be seen if fatigue got the best of him after a long game against Unicaja on Friday.
Arakji could also take the battle personally, because he's another MVP at this event, coming in as the best player of Al Riyadi Beirut's quest to the championship at the BCL Asia 2024.
Two ball handlers, two MVPs, two completely different styles going head to head. That's what the FIBA Intercontinental Cup is all about.
X factors: Al Riyadi Beirut focused on winning the inside battle against Unicaja, shooting just three three-pointers in the entire first half of that one.
Meanwhile, Luanda's two best players against Unicaja were the two big guys in Yanick Moreira and Patrick Gardner.
In other words, winning the points in the paint could be what separates them at the finish line.
How to watch: The game tips off at 16:00 local time in Singapore, which is 9:00 in Luanda, Angola, and 11:00 in Beirut, Lebanon.
