MUNICH (Germany) - Cholet Basket center Bastien Vautier has been named the FIBA Europe Cup MVP for October.

The 25 year old has been a significant factor in leading the French side to a perfect 4-0 record in Group C, averaging 14.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game while shooting an impressive 75.8 percent from the field.

Starting with 12 points on 4-for-6 shooting in Cholet's opening night win over Fribourg Olympic, Vautier followed that with 29 points on an impeccable 87 percent from the floor, and pulling down 7 rebounds.

The French big man was one rebound shy of a double-double against CSM CSU Constanta, posting 10 points and 9 boards before seeing limited minutes in Cholet's last game of the month against Fribourg, but he still managed 6 points on 3-for-6 shooting.
