MIAMI (United States) – The FIBA Regional Office in the Americas announced the venues and cities that will host the games for the FIBA AmeriCup 2025 Qualifiers' second window, to be held from November 21 to 25. Here are the cities and venues hosting the games:
The FIBA AmeriCup 2025 will be played in Managua, Nicaragua, at the Polideportivo Alexis Argüello, from August 22 to 31, 2025. In the Qualifiers, each team will play against every opponent in their group twice in a home-and-away format over three windows. The first window took place in February, the second will be held in November, and the third will be played in February 2025. As host, Nicaragua has already qualified for the FIBA AmeriCup 2025, and the remaining two best teams from Group C (Canada, Dominican Republic, and Mexico) will take the other two spots to the tournament. The top three teams from Group A (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Venezuela), Group B (Brazil, Panama, Paraguay, and Uruguay), and Group D (Bahamas, Cuba, United States, and Puerto Rico) will also qualify for the continental tournament. In total, 12 teams will qualify for the event.
