MIAMI (United States) – The Basketball Champions League Americas (BCL Americas) Board has confirmed that the 2024-25 Final 4 will be hosted in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with the iconic Maracanãzinho Arena set to stage the event on April 18 and 19. Flamengo will take the court in front of their home fans as they face fellow Brazilian contender SESI Franca in the second Semifinal on April 18. Earlier that day, Argentine sides Boca Juniors and Instituto will meet in the first Semifinal. The winners will move on to the Final on April 19 to compete for the continental title, while the other two teams will battle for third place. The champion of the BCL Americas will earn a coveted spot in the upcoming FIBA Intercontinental Cup. This marks the second time Rio de Janeiro will host the BCL Americas Final 4, the first being during the league’s third season. Fans around the world will be able to follow the action live through multiple broadcast platforms. The Final 4 will be televised by DIRECTV in South America and by FanDuel TV in the United States.
