    Pan American Games 2019 Basketball Tournaments Draws set for Thursday

    SAN JUAN (Puerto Rico) – The International Basketball Federation of the Americas (FIBA Americas) will hold the Draws of the Pan American Games 2019 Basketball Tournaments on Thursday, May 23.

    SAN JUAN (Puerto Rico) – The International Basketball Federation of the Americas (FIBA Americas) will hold the Draws of the Pan American Games 2019 Basketball Tournaments on Thursday, May 23.

    The Casa Olimpica of Puerto Rico in San Juan will host the ceremonies. The Draws will be made available on FIBA's YouTube channel.

    The men’s tournament of the Pan American Games 2019 will be played July 31 – August 4 and will feature Argentina, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Puerto Rico, USA, Uruguay, Venezuela and the Virgin Islands.

    The pairs for the Draw are:
    USA – Argentina
    Mexico – Puerto Rico
    Dominican Republic – Venezuela
    Uruguay – Virgin Islands

    The women’s tournament of the Pan American Games 2019 will be played August 6-10 and will feature the participation of Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, USA and the Virgin Islands.

    The pairs for the Draw are:
    USA – Canada
    Brazil – Argentina
    Puerto Rico – Colombia
    Virgin Islands – Paraguay

    The tournaments will be held at the Coliseo Eduardo Dibos in Lima, Peru.
