Top spot in Group I is still to be determined, while the battle for the four coveted spots amongst the runners-up looks set to go right down to the wire to join the 11 teams that have punched their tickets so far.
Already qualified [11]: Slovenia (hosts), Israel (hosts), Belgium, France, Greece, Latvia, Italy, Montenegro, Serbia, Spain and Turkey.

Ranking of second-placed teams
The four best second-placed teams will qualify for the Final Round. As Slovenia and Israel are already qualified as hosts, their spot would go to the next best ranked team(s) should they be in the top four places.
Below is a list of all the possible outcomes of potential runners-up in each group. Results against the fourth-placed teams are disregarded in groups of four to form a fair comparison to other groups, as per the Official Basketball Rules.
As approved by the FIBA Europe Board, runners-up of these Groups F and I will not be in contention to qualify as the best second-placed teams as a consequence of the decision to withdraw Belarus and Russia from the FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2023 Qualifiers.
