Social media reacts after Al Riyadi clinches first-ever WASL-West Asia title

BEIRUT (Lebanon) - Al Riyadi fans rocked social media on Wednesday night following the club's ascension to becoming the first-ever WASL-West Asia champions.

BEIRUT (Lebanon) - Al Riyadi sure knows how to make history.

The most successful Lebanese ball club added yet another sterling piece to its rich collection after beating Gorgan, 114-100, in Game 2 of the Finals Wednesday night en route to becoming the first-ever WASL-West Asia champions.

The crew steamrolled in the middle quarters to take control, eventually sweeping their way to the title -- and writing themselves in the annals of the young league.

Such a big achievement, of course, turned the ever-supportive crowd that filled up the Nouhad Nawfal Sports Complex into a frenzy as their beloved team gave the fans another reason to celebrate for winning another crown this year.

And social media, of course, got rocked, too.
