Argentina begin final preparations for the South American U15 Championship

Preparations for Argentina are currently underway in Zarate and will continue until November 28. The team will then travel to Buenos Aires to finalize its preparations.
Head Coach Juan Gatti will select the 12-player roster prior to the team’s travel to Uruguay.
The South American U15 Championship will be played November 6-11 in Montevideo and Argentina was drafted to Group A of the regional championship along with Chile, Venezuela and Colombia. Group B features Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay and Brazil.
Argentina will begin the tournament against Chile, and will then go-on to face Venezuela and Colombia during the Group Phase of the championship.
The top three teams from the South American U15 Championship will qualify to the FIBA U16 Americas Championship 2019.
