The eight-time record winners take on Rwanda's APR on Tuesday looking to consolidate their title defense and need to win all their remaining games to have an assured chance of qualifying for the FIBA Africa Club Championship Women set to be held in Angola next month.
KPA captain Brenda Angeshi admitted that her side has to keep their heads up and stay focused to try and win all their remaining games.
Against APR, they face a side that is looking for redemption at this tournament in a bid to return to their lost glory in recent years.
Pre-tournament favorites Equity Hawks will be up against the sleek Somalian side Horseed in a bid to make it three wins in three games.
The forward duo of Belinda Okoth Aluoch and Mercy Wanyama in the paint is expected to be the difference for the Kenyan champions but assistant coach Benson Oluoch who is in charge in the absence of head coach David Maina will use this game to give a chance to his youthful unexperienced players.
Meanwhile, UCU Lady Canons will take on Tanzania's Don Bosco who are winless in two games and will be looking to record a positive result.
