2017 European youth championship draws set for Saturday
PRAGUE - The 2017 FIBA European youth championship draws are set to take place in Prague on Saturday.
PRAGUE - The 2017 FIBA European youth championship draws are set to take place in Prague on Saturday.
A total of 214 men's and women's teams will be drawn to play in 14 championships in three age categories, which will be played across the European continent in July and August.
The draws will start at 10:30 CET and will be followed by the draw for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 European Pre-Qualifiers. The entire draw ceremony will be streamed live on YouTube.com/FIBA and Facebook.com/FIBA.
Due to the fact that the FIBA U18 European Championship 2016 has yet to be played, the FIBA U18 European Championship Division A and Division B draws for 2017 will take place separately in the offices of FIBA Europe in January 2017.
The exact date will be announced in due course.
