MUNICH (Germany) - Bahcesehir College guard Phil Scrubb has claimed the FIBA Europe Cup MVP award for December after leading his side to an unbeaten start in the Second Round.
The 31-year-old Canadian posted 18.5 points, 5.5 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 2 steals across the two games played through the month.

Scrubb went 6-of-8 from the field in Bahcesehir's 100-90 win over Legia Warszawa for a team-high 19 points on Gameday 1 of the Second Round. He also hit three triples and dished out 5 assists in the victory.
The guard followed that with an 18-point performance, going 4-of-7 from the floor in his side's 82-67 road success over Sporting CP, whilst also recording 6 assists in the win.
Scrubb also went a perfect 11-for-11 from the free throw line and is a former winner of the competition having been part of the Fraport Skyliners title-winning side in the inaugural 2015-16 season.
So far this season, Scrubb is averaging 13.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 4.8 assists on 53.2 percent from the field and 44.9 percent from three-point range.
