    Field finalized for 2023-24 FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season

    MUNICH (Germany) - The full lineup for the 2023-24 FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season is now finalized after the completion of this week's Qualifiers.

    MUNICH (Germany) - The full lineup for the 2023-24 FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season is now finalized after the completion of this week's Qualifiers.

    BC Trepca (KOS), Bnei Ofek Dist Herzliya (ISR), Casademont Zaragoza (ESP), Kataja Basket (FIN), Manisa BBSK (TUR), Rostock Seawolves (GER) and Sabah BC (AZE) each won their respective Qualifying Tournaments with Keravnos BC (CYP) and FC Porto (POR) taking the two lucky loser spots as the final nine tickets were claimed on Thursday.

    There are 25 different countries represented among the 40 clubs competing with 10 teams having won their domestic Championships last season. 

    Anwil Wloclawek are the FIBA Europe Cup title holders with former winners Bahcesehir College and Ironi Ness Ziona also looking to become the first two-time champions.

    13 clubs gained direct entry into the Regular Season, while 18 teams recently joined from the Basketball Champions League Qualifiers

    The draw for the Regular Season took place in August, and the confirmed groups are now as follows:

    Group A: Sporting CP (POR), Balkan Botevgrad (BUL), Arconic-Alba Fehervar (HUN), Bnei Ofek Dist Herzliya (ISR)
    Group B: Anwil Wloclawek (POL), BC CSU Sibiu (ROU), Surne Bilbao Basket (ESP), Caledonia Gladiators (GBR)
    Group C: Karhu Basket Kauhajoki (FIN), Petrolina AEK (CYP), Jonava CBet (LTU), Rostock Seawolves (GER)
    Group D: Bahcesehir College (TUR), Mornar Barsko Zlato (MNE), ERA Nymburk (CZE), Sabah BC (AZE)
    Group E: Norrkoping Dolphins (SWE), Bakken Bears (DEN), FC Porto (POR), Manisa BBSK (TUR)
    Group F: Ironi Hay Motors Ness Ziona (ISR), Happy Casa Brindisi (ITA), BC Kalev/Cramo (EST), Casademont Zaragoza (ESP)
    Group G: ZZ Leiden (NED), Hapoel Galil Elion (ISR), BCM Gravelines Dunkerque (FRA), BC Trepca (KOS)
    Group H: Heroes Den Bosch (NED), NINERS Chemnitz (GER), PGE Spojnia Stargard (POL), KB Peja (KOS)
    Group I: Keravnos BC (CYP), BG Gottingen (GER), Pallacanestro Varese (ITA), BC TSU Tbilisi (GEO)
    Group J: CSM CSU Oradea (ROU), Legia Warszawa (POL), Patrioti Levice (SVK), Kataja Basket (FIN)

    The Regular Season is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, October 18 with the 10 group winners advancing to the Second Round alongside the six best-ranked runners-up in accordance to the Official Basketball Rules.
