MUNICH (Germany) - Tuesday's Second Round action saw Cholet Basket and FC Porto become the first teams to advance to the FIBA Europe Cup Quarter-Finals after contrasting victories.

The night's action opened with a Niners Chemnitz 11-0 run to build an early lead over Cholet, but the French club recovered and eventually secured a dramatic 77-75 triumph.

It was Dominic Artis who drained the eventual game-winner for Cholet with 2.5 seconds left to cap a hot shooting night with his fifth three-pointer of the game; finishing the game with a team-high 18 points.

Mindaugas Susinskas hit his shots throughout the night for the visitors, until he came up short on the final attempt of the game - finishing with 19 points.

Meanwhile, Porto took care of business at home to SCMU Craiova with a 90-64 to move to 4-0 at the top of the group. The Portuguese side controlled the game from the second quarter on, behind Max Landis' 29 points including 5-of-10 shooting from beyond the arc.

The Second Round action continues with six more games taking place on Wednesday.
