    MUNICH (FIBA Europe Cup) – The FIBA Europe Cup Round of 16 competitors have been confirmed, following the completion of the Second Round on Wednesday evening.

    MUNICH (FIBA Europe Cup) – The FIBA Europe Cup Round of 16 competitors have been confirmed, following the completion of the Second Round on Wednesday evening. 

    The six group winners from the FIBA Europe Cup Second Round, along with the two best second-placed teams, advance to the Round of 16, where they are joined by the Basketball Champions League teams ranked 25th to 32nd at the end of the Regular Season, which also concluded on Wednesday night.

    The Round of 16 competitors are as follows (in alphabetical order):

    The Round of 16 will see each team paired against one other in a home and away format, with the first leg game set to take place on 8 February, and the return leg on 22 February. 

    The draw will take place in FIBA’s Munich office to determine the pairings at 14:00 (CET) Thursday 26 January. 

    The Draw will be made without any restriction or seeding. Eight pairings numbered 1-8 will be drawn. The first team drawn in each pairing will play the second game at home. 

    In the subsequent rounds, the team that has the lower pairing number from the previous round will play the second game at home.
