After only leading 20-19 after the first quarter, Cyprus stepped on the gas and outscored their opponents 27-17 over the next two quarters to pull away.
Tournament MVP Stefanos Tigkas had a well-balanced stat line of 17 points to go along with 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals, while All-Star Five teammate Georgios Armakolas had a game-high 21 points in addition to 7 rebounds and 3 assists - also converting 5-of-14 three-pointers.

Monaco's Eithan Zerbib was rewarded with a spot on the All-Star Five after finishing as the tournament's leading scorer - averaging 24.0 points per game, although he struggled with foul trouble in the Final.
Moldova claimed the bronze medal, their first medal at the event since 2013 after they beat Luxembourg 76-68. Maxim Iastremschi led the way for Moldova with 16 points, 12 rebounds, 5 blocks and 3 assists to claim a spot on the All-Star Five.
Meanwhile, in the Classification Group 5-9, Azerbaijan defeated San Marino 69-63 as Rafael Aghayev had another strong game with 16 points and 11 rebounds to be named to the All-Star Five, while Malta defeated Gibraltar 68-67 to avoid finishing last.
