MUNICH (Germany) - The first half of the Regular Season is in the books and Gameday 7 proved to be an exhilarating one as ACS Sepsi-SIC won an epic against LDLC ASVEL Feminin to take their first ever win.
Current holders Fenerbahce Alagoz Holding now hold the only perfect record after winning the battle of the unbeaten teams against DVTK HUN-Therm.
Elsewhere, ZVVZ USK Praha are clear Group B leaders as they beat Cukurova Basketbol Mersin, while Basket Landes won a nerve-shredding encounter with Virtus Segafredo Bolgona.
Hristova hands Sepsi their greatest ever night
Having waited many years to book their first ever slot in the Regular Season, everyone at ACS Sepsi-SIC are now also celebrating a maiden victory after they slipped past LDLC ASVEL Feminin 86-85 in a thrilling tussle. Borislava Hristova will always be remembered as the baller that came up clutch as she hit a pull-up jumper with 1 second left.

Hristova netted 27 points, but it was a big team effort with five ballers in double-digits. It also means they have the same 1-6 record as ASVEL who now face the prospect of an early and shock elimination from Quarter-Finals contention. Marine Johannes came up with 24 points in the loss for the French side.
Still perfect Fenerbahce are still the team to beat
It's seven wins in a row as Fenerbahce Alagoz Holding made a statement by handing Group A rivals DVTK HUN-Therm their first defeat of the campaign. The champions showed their intent to follow-up last year's maiden title success with more silverware as they rode their way to an 81-64 road win.
Frontcourt duo Natasha Howard and Emma Meesseman were a handful, with the former contributing 22 points and Meesseman inking 16, as well as grabbing 7 rebounds. Nina Aho top-scored for DVTK with 17 points as their stunning winning run came to an end.
Praha jump into pole position in Group B
The game between ZVVZ USK Praha and Cukurova Basketbol Mersin was intense, as the top two teams in Group B clashed. It was the hosts who emerged victorious, securing a hard-fought 71-67 success. It was a 27-16 third period that swung the outcome in Praha's favour - although the result was in the balance until the last seconds of the game.
Nyara Sabally shone in the paint with 19 points and 10 rebounds for Praha. It was Alina Iagupova who drove Cukurova in pursuit of victory and she claimed 23 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists, but it was not enough to prevent head coach Osman Olcay Orak suffering his first loss in the competition this season.
Nail-biting win for Landes as Virtus lose four straight
Basket Landes claimed a much needed second win of the campaign by clinging on 70-68 against Virtus Segafredo Bologna. As Ivana Dojkic tried in vain to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat for the visitors, the excited and noisy home fans rejoiced as Landes squeezed out a precious and rare success.
