The 21-year-old was almost unstoppable in the 80-75 victory as she shot 80 percent from the field on her way to 21 points. There was also some great defensive work with 11 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks.
While Schio didn't get the win, there was at least some consolation for Costanza Verona who also produced her best of the campaign with a superb 7-of-8 from the floor harvesting 20 points to go with her 7 rebounds.
Alyssa Thomas will feel disappointed not to have been on the winning team when ZVVZ USK Praha were squeezed out 73-71 in overtime by Perfumerias Avenida. She did everything she could to send Praha back to Final Four with 21 points and 17 rebounds.
It was also a similar story for Tiffany Hayes as she inspired CBK Mersin Yenisehir Bld with 26 points and 6 assists, but it was not enough to overcome Tango Bourges Basket who prevailed 76-75.
Finally, Fenerbahce Alagoz Holding are celebrating landing yet another Final Four ticket after they breezed past Sopron Basket 82-62 off the back of Emma Meesseman impressing with 16 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks.
