MUNICH (Germany) - Eva Lisec has been crowned October MVP in the EuroLeague Women 2021-22 campaign, in recognition of her highly productive start to the season with Dynamo Kursk.

The Slovenian center takes the honor of being the first player to be selected for the newly-introduced monthly accolade.

Lisec has been the main architect of Dynamo Kursk's 3-1 start to the campaign, with the Slovenian national team star highly influential on both ends of the court via an array of powerful performances.

None more so than in the first of the season when she recorded 30 points, 6 rebounds, 6 steals and 4 assists against VBW Arka Gdynia.

    ...

Currently leading the competition in efficiency with an average efficiency of 24.5, she has poured in 18.8 points per outing, also contributing 7.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game. Meanwhile, perhaps most impressively, Lisec is also currently leading the competition in steals with 3.5 per game.
