Schio will also be buoyed by the fact that Diamond DeShields belatedly showed why she was one of the biggest signings in the competition during the off season. After misfiring in Schio's two opening contests, she showed her class this time around with 14 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists.
Spar Citylift Girona as they chose Halloween night to record a first EuroLeague Women success since 2015. The home fans at Fontajau enjoyed their team inflicting a first loss of the campaign on Sopron Basket. The 64-58 win came courtesy of four players reaching double-digits, led by 16 points from Magali Mendy.
