    Divided into four segments of 25 players each, the series now concludes with exactly 100 days to go to the 41st edition of the flagship event as the tournament's greatest scorers are revealed.

    25. Timo LAMPEN

    Lampen played in over 50 games at EuroBasket for Finland during a run of seven consecutive appearances at the major tournament. The forward averaged 18.1 points per game in 1959 to finish as the tournament's third-leading scorer.

    Dalipagic was part of the Yugoslavia side that won three consecutive gold medals at EuroBasket from 1973-1977. He was named MVP in the 1977 triumph with 19.4 points per game and went on to add a bronze medal in 1979 followed by silver in 1981 to complete the set at the tournament.

    Meneghin helped Italy to a maiden EuroBasket title in 1983 following two third-placed finishes in the 1970s. The center secured gold in the last of eight appearances in the tournament having also won a bronze medal in 1971 and 1975, while his son Andrea Meneghin also won gold in 1999.

The forward made the All-Tournament Team on three occasions - the last of which came in his final appearance in 2011 when Russia finished in third as Kirilenko added a bronze medal.

    Sabonis is well regarded as a legend of the game across Europe and he won medals with both the Soviet Union and Lithuanian. The dominant center won the EuroBasket title in 1985 as the tournament's MVP - either side of bronze medals - before adding a silver to his collection with Lithuania in 1995 with 21.8 points and 14.5 rebounds per game to make the All-Tournament Team for a third, and final time.

    Dubuisson holds the record for the most points scored for the French senior men's team and made seven consecutive appearances at EuroBasket from 1977-1989. He averaged 18.2 points per game in the 1981 tournament, but was never able to win a medal in the competition.

    Jamchy had the best scoring average at EuroBasket 1985 with 28.1 points per game for Israel with a tournament-high of 42 points against Germany. The guard then put up 31.9 points per outing in 1987 and made six appearances at the tournament in total, albeit without winning a medal.

    Kicanovic won a total of five medals in six appearances at EuroBasket for Yugoslavia including a run of three straight titles from 1973-1977. The shooting guard led the team in scoring in the third of those triumphs with 20.3 points per game before proceeding to make the All-Tournament Team at the next two editions.

    Another member of the Yugoslavia side that won the EuroBasket title in three successive tournaments during the 1970s, Cosic also finished with three silver medals and a bronze in making an impressive nine appearances. The center was a two-time MVP and made the All-Tournament Team on five occasions before later leading Yugoslavia to another medal as head coach in 1987.

    Zelig makes it into the top 15 scorers at EuroBasket having played in six consecutive tournaments for Poland from 1979-1991.     Belov is cemented amongst the all-time European greats having won the EuroBasket title on four occasions with the Soviet Union with a top-three finish in each of his seven appearances. He was MVP in the 1967 title triumph and made the All-Tournament Team an incredible six times before later coaching Russia to a medal in 1997 to add to his legacy.

    Giannakis was another star of the Greek side of the late 1980s as they won the EuroBasket title in 1987 followed by a silver medal two years later. The point guard averaged just shy of 20 points per game in both the 1993 and 1995 editions with Giannakis moving into coaching and leading Greece to another EuroBasket title in 2005 in his second spell in charge.

The forward then claimed the MVP award two years later after securing a silver medal before adding a bronze in 1963 followed by another silver in his final appearance having amassed 800+ points in just 34 games before tragically passing away at the age of 30.

    Rodriguez earned the honor of EuroBasket MVP in 1963 after putting up 19.8 points per game for Spain in the midst of seven consecutive appearances in the tournament. The small forward was not able to win a medal for Spain, but twice averaged 20+ points per game as a prolific scorer during the 1960s.

The shooting guard won the first of two bronze medals in 1977 before a second followed four years later, and helped Czechoslavakia upgrade to silver in 1985 with 17.9 points per game in his penultimate appearance.

Galis topped the tournament's scoring charts on four occasions and led Greece to the title in 1987 as MVP with 37.0 points per game including a 40-point effort in the final. He also won a silver medal in 1989 with 35.6 points per outing.

Nowitzki claimed the MVP award in 2005 after leading Germany to a silver medal with a dominant 26.1 points and 10.6 rebounds per game in Serbia and Montenegro. The forward also led the tournament in scoring in 2001 and 2007 and made the All-Tournament Team on three occasions in total.

It was Parker's third time on the All-Tournament Team with 19.0 points per game having also won a silver medal in 2011 as well as bronze on two occasions, 10 years apart including his final appearance on home soil in 2015.

    Pau Gasol holds the number one spot in the top 100 scorers in EuroBasket history having passed Tony Parker in his final appearance in the tournament in 2017. The legendary center announced his retirement last year having won three EuroBasket titles with Spain amongst seven medals at the event. Gasol was MVP in the triumphs in 2009 and 2015 - leading the competition in scoring in both editions as well as in 2003. He also made the All-Tournament Team on each of his seven appearances.
