ATHENS (FIBA EuroBasket 2017 Trophy Tour) - With a visit to Athens, Greece over the weekend, the FIBA EuroBasket Trophy Tour ticked off the last remaining of the 24 countries to visit.

Beginning back in Riga on March 2, the FIBA EuroBasket Trophy Tour has since stopped over in every one of the nations who will take to the court later this week as FIBA EuroBasket 2017 tips off.

There is still however one remaining stop, with the Trophy Tour visiting Istanbul - the host city of the Final Round - for a second time, later this week.

In Greece, the trophy was on display at the Acropolis-Eurobank Tournament. Hosts Greece were joined by Serbia, Italy and Georgia for the four-team competition, with swarms of fans taking the chance to get up-close with the trophy.
