    Hosts Argentina have 17 players working out for U17 World Cup

    BUENOS AIRES (FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2018) - Hosts Argentina have named a group of 17 players who are preparing for the FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2018. 

    BUENOS AIRES (FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2018) - Hosts Argentina have named a group of 17 players who are preparing for the FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2018. 

    The players and technical director Diego Lifchitz are working out from March 12-18 at the CeNARD headquarters in Buenos Aires for the U17 World Cup, where Argentina have been drawn into Group D with Croatia, France and the fourth placed team from the FIBA U16 Asian Championship.

    Nine of the players were on hand at the FIBA U16 Americas Championship 2017, where Argentina finished fourth, including leading scorers Gaston Bertona and Bautista Lugarini.
