BEIRUT (Lebanon) - Al-Ittihad Ahli will look to settle some unfinished business as they are set to see action in Season 2 of the FIBA West Asia Super League (WASL).
After what happened in their Season 1 campaign, the ball club from Syria is surely motivated to write a much more memorable chapter this time, with the hope that it ends with gold.
History
Al-Ittihad Ahli Basketball was founded in 1951, two years after the establishment of the Al-Ittihad of Aleppo Sports Club. It then became one of the most successful teams in the country, having won 17 Syrian Basketball League championships as well as titles in the Syrian Cup and the Super Cup.
