    VIENNA (Austria) - Strahinja Stojacic was named MVP of the FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2023 after guiding Serbia to their sixth World Cup title on June 4 in Vienna, Austria.

    “Dr. Strange” was named World Cup MVP for the first time, finishing as his team’s top scorer with 55 points. His playmaking ability was on display as well as his performance led Serbia to their sixth title in just eight iterations of the competition.

    He was joined on the Team of the Tournament by USA’s Jimmer Fredette who led his side to the silver medal with a 59-point tournament including 10 in the final against Serbia and Latvia’s Nauris Miezis who captured bronze for his side with a 49-point display spanning the entire event.
