Nanterre lost Game 1 at home against Oostende - before this year, only three teams managed to qualify for the next round after losing Game 1 at home in the BCL Play-In history: Hapoel Holon vs. Besiktas in 2021-22, Bahcesehir vs. Oostende in 2022-23 and Cholet vs. Sassari in 2023-24. Nanterre have lost three of their four home games in the BCL this season.
Oostende have won two of their last three road games in the BCL after losing each of the previous seven; seven of their last nine games away from home ended with double-digit margins.
