PODGORICA (Montenegro) - Nikola Vucevic, Bojan Dubljevic and Kendrick Perry are headline names in the expanded squad of 24 players for Montenegro ahead of their second appearance at the FIBA Basketball World Cup.

Montenegro, who played at the World Cup for the first time in the country's history in 2019, will compete against Lithuania, Mexico, and Egypt in Group D.

Vucevic led the team in scoring at the 2019 World Cup in China

Coach Bosko Radovic recently confirmed that Vucevic, a star with the Chicago Bulls, would be with Montenegro in Manila. He led the team in scoring at 14.6 points per game in China yet did not play at FIBA EuroBasket 2022, where Dubljevic and Perry led the country to the Round of 16.

Nemanja Radovic and Vladimir Mihailovic are included. Both were solid contributors at the EuroBasket and also in European Qualifiers for the World Cup.
