    MUNICH (Germany) - Tornike Shengelia is 31, but he must feel a bit older than that when he sees his fellow contenders for Top Performer honors after an exciting Gameday 11 in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 European Qualifiers.

    Shengelia had 25 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists in an 88-80 win for Georgia over the Netherlands. The forward shot 7-of-11 from the field, and hit 10-of-12 free throws, earning an efficiency rating of 28. Shengelia climbed over 20 points for the fourth time in seven games.

    Victor Wembanyama is the youngest among the selected five, having just turned 19 a month ago. The French superstar tied Rudy Gobert's all-time French record with 17 rebounds in a game, while also scoring 22 points, blocking six shots and stealing the ball four times in a 72-59 win over the Czech Republic.

    Dimitris Moraitis played his best game in a Greek jersey, scoring 23 points off the bench in a 97-92 overtime win over Serbia. The 24-year-old guard from Peristeri bwin also had the play of the Qualifiers, hitting a three-pointer at the third quarter buzzer, from his own free throw line.

    Nikos Rogkavopoulos was the highest scoring player for the Greek youngsters in that impressive win. At 21, he's the youngest player on that roster, but he scored 11 of his game-high 28 points in overtime, hitting 5-of-7 from three-point land, earning an efficiency rating of 30.

    Nico Mannion powered the Italian offense in their 85-75 win over Ukraine. Similar to Rogkavopoulos, this 21-year-old also had 28 points, knocking down four threes and connecting on all ten free throw attempts on the day. Mannion also added 6 assists and 4 steals to his stat line.
