The Boricuas will host the United States on November 23 and then will play Cuba three days later in Habana.
Mike Rosario and Angel Rodriguez, whom led the Boricua team in scoring during the FIBA AmeriCup 2017, point guard Carlos Rivera and sharpshooters David Huertas and Guillermo Diaz are four of the headline names in the preliminary list.
Puerto Rico, who climbed two spots to No. 15 in the FIBA World Ranking presented by NIKE after their performance in the AmeriCup, will also take on Mexico in Group C of Americas Qualifiers.
Eddie Casiano will coach the teams during the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 Americas Qualifiers.
FIBA
