The presence of a EuroLeague Women star performer such as Turner gives them an incredible advantage, while there are opportunities for an impressive glut of young talents who will all be trying to secure a Final Round debut.

Head coach Norbert Szekely will have an impressive guard rotation to call upon, with the injection of top drawer quality in Sopron Basket ace Turner - as well as the exciting Agnes Studer who impressed during the Qualifiers, plus the ever-reliable and versatile Krisztina Raksanyi.
He has also given a chance to the likes of teenagers Reka Dombai, Livia Gereben, Reka Lelik and Virag Kiss, who along with Studer, will be expected to appear at future editions of the tournament and are seen as the medium and long-term future of the senior national team.
The one big question from the squad will be how Hungary will handle things in the paint. With no Tijana Krivacevic or Cyesha Goree, they could be exposed due to a lack of size and experience.
Hungary will play against Italy, Slovenia and Turkey in Group C.
