The results of the draw are as follows:
Group A: Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina
Group B: Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil
The South American U15 Championship 2018 will be played November 6-11 in Montevideo, Uruguay and will qualify the top-three teams to the FIBA U16 Americas Championship 2019.
