Two Fijians Named in All Star Five

TAKUMI SIMON (Guam)
With an average of 19.5 points per game, Simon was the third highest scorer of the tournament, and led his team as the most efficient performer. He provided his team a reliable set of hands beyond the three point arch prior to becoming injured during Guam's semi final clash with Samoa,
APIA MURI (Papua New Guinea)
Muri was the leading performer, and points scorer for the competition with an average of 21.6 points. Leading the Papua New Guinean team as Captain, Muri was inspirational during the wins and losses for his team with an extraordinary ability to get to the rim and convert.
JOSHUA FOX (Fiji)
The Fijian veteran is one of two from the team selected in the All Star Five, making it back-to-back All Star Five appearances after Samoa in 2019. Leading the tournament as the highest rebounder, with an average of 11.8, he was the leading scorer and top performer for his team in their gold medal competition victory.
JEAN SEBASTIEN CHEVRIN (New Caledonia)
Finishing the Games with bronze, Chevrin played an integral part in the New Caledonia line-up featuring as one of the teams top scorers, and also with assists. Playing as a power forward, he held structure for New Caledonia when they needed it the most.
FILIMONE WAQABACA (Fiji)
One of Fiji's top performers and averaging 12 points a game, Waqabaca was more than just your average shooting guard. His ability to find the ball, and create space made it hard for opposition teams to contain his dynamic style of play.
