    Shao Ting
    Shao Ting was invaluable to China in their 84-70 win over Belarus. The 26-year-old small forward led by example finishing with 18 points and five rebounds to help her country qualify for a fifth consecutive Olympics.

    Endy Miyem
    Miyem once again led the way for France. The 1.88m forward shot 5-of-10 from the field to finish with a game-high 21 points.

    Lara Sanders
    Sanders powered Turkey to a 71-45 defeat of Cuba, . The win secured a second Olympic appearance in a row for the Turks.

    Nevriye Yilmaz
    Yilmaz grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds to go with 17 points. Along with Sanders, the pair has proven key to Turkey's success.

    Sancho Lyttle 
    In Friday's first Quarter-Final, Spain cruised past Korea, 70-50, thanks to an excellent display by Sancho Lyttle who finished with 20 points and 13 rebounds in the winning effort.
