The only change being made is that playmaker Olivia Epoupa is ruled out with an ankle injury and will be replaced by young gun Marine Fauthoux.
On the one hand, while a staggering fifth silver medal in a row maintained impressive consistency for France across the past decade at the Continental level, a fifth straight Final loss was also tinged with disappointment.

The good news for France is that it looks like having the potential to get onto the podium in Tokyo, led by veteran duo Sandrine Gruda and Endy Miyem - the latter of whom made the All-Star Five at the FIBA Women's EuroBasket.
The success or otherwise of France could boil down to whether the guards can deliver in the Japanese capital, including the likes of Marine Johannes and Sarah Michel, as France look to perhaps repeat their famous run to the Final at London 2012.
