Bounce-back time for Novi Sad at the Hungary Masters 2020?

DEBRECEN (Hungary) – The 4-time FIBA 3x3 World Tour winners lost twice in 4 games at the Debrecen Masters last weekend but get a chance to redeem themselves tomorrow already at the Hungary Masters.

DEBRECEN (Hungary) – The 4-time FIBA 3x3 World Tour winners lost twice in 4 games at the Debrecen Masters last weekend but get a chance to redeem themselves tomorrow already at the Hungary Masters.

The FIBA 3x3 World Tour is back for 3 consecutive events in 8 days in Debrecen and 8 of the 12 teams who competed at the Debrecen Masters are back for the Hungary Masters.

The number one 3x3 player in the world Dusan Bulut will meet familiar faces in Pool B with Ulaanbaatar (MGL), against whom they never lost on the World Tour and Humpolec Bernard (CZE), against whom they have a 5-1 record since 2018.

The Debrecen Masters winners Liman (SRB) will headline Pool A with 2 teams who did not play last weekend: Lausanne (SUI), and Jeddah (KSA), who came out of nowhere last year to finish Top 15 in the ranking.

    ...

Riga (LAT) – who finished 3rd last weekend – will meet a dangerous Ub (SRB) team, whose name is new but is basically the same Vrbas team who made waves on the pro circuit last year. Debrecen (HUN) will complete the pool and will try to recover from a disappointing last place at the Debrecen Masters.

Last but not least, NY Harlem (USA) and Sakiai (LTU) go at it again after a nail-biting game last Saturday (won by the Americans). As if the pool wasn’t competitive enough, the 3rd team will be the winners of the qualifying draw, which features the #7 (Piran, SLO), #12 (Gagarin, RUS) teams in the world, not to forget an ambitious new Antwerp Ladbrokes team from Belgium.

    ...

    The pools are as follows:

Pool A: Liman (SRB),  Lausanne (SUI), Jeddah (KSA)
Pool B: Novi Sad (SRB), Ulaanbaatar (MGL), Humpolec Bernard (CZE)
Pool C: Riga (LAT), Ub (SRB), Debrecen (HUN)
Pool D: NY Harlem (USA), Sakiai (LTU), Qualifying Draw Winner

Those questions and more will be answered this week as players will be back on the court on Tuesday with 109k USD in total on the line.
