    Fans vote Romeo 2015 FIBA 3x3 Most Spectacular Player

    MIES (FIBA 3x3) – Team Manila West and Philippines star Terrence Romeo was selected by FIBA 3x3 fans as the most spectacular player of the 2015 FIBA 3x3 season following a social media contest.

    MIES (FIBA 3x3) – Team Manila West and Philippines star Terrence Romeo was selected by FIBA 3x3 fans as the most spectacular player of the 2015 FIBA 3x3 season following a contest, organised on all FIBA 3x3 social media channels.

    Romeo’s mixtape reached 266,340 views combined on all FIBA 3x3 video platforms (YouTube, Youku and Tencent). The most spectacular player (MSP) of the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Manila Masters defeated the MSP from the other six World Tour events, Dusan Domovic Bulut (Novi Sad Al Wahda), David Seagers (NY Harlem), Calvin Abueva (Manila North), Michael Hicks (Gdansk), Dragan Bjelica (Belgrade) and Chris Reaves (Wukesong).

    Romeo wowed the crowd at the Manila Masters on 1-2 August with his blistering cross-overs. After shining on the FIBA 3x3 scene for the last two seasons, the 'Golden Boy' represented the Philippines at the 2015 FIBA Asia Championship in China on 23 September – 3 October and earned a silver medal.

    The 23-year-old will receive his trophy at the FIBA 3x3 Awards which will be staged in Doha, Qatar on 10 December 2015. The winners of the other nine awards will be announced at the ceremony.
