AMSTERDAM (Netherlands) - Host Amsterdam (NED) will welcome back a couple of Paris Olympic gold medalists for their home event at the FIBA 3x3 Amsterdam Masters 2024 on October 12-13.

The No.2 seed headline Pool B and face a rematch with Dusseldorf LFDY (GER), who they easily beat in pool play in Wuxi.

After an early exit in Wuxi, Ulaanbaatar MMC Energy (MGL) will be out to make amends and they unleash their full-strength line-up in what looms as a tough group.

Top seed Ub Huishan NE (SRB) will be out to make amends after runner-up finishes in Shanghai and Wuxi.

They face early tests against former Masters champs Hangzhou (CHN) and rising Dutch team Utrecht (NED), who boast explosive Nesta Agasi and Paris Olympic gold medalist Dimeo van der Horst.

No.3 seed Paris (FRA) are in the midst of a golden run having reached the final of their last three events. The Frenchmen will need to be at their best from the get go in Pool C which just has to be renamed the 'Group of Death'.

Legendary Liman (SRB) are desperate to get on the board in World Tour 2024, while Chongming (CHN) boast a three-headed monster in Latvian legends Karlis Lasmanis and Nauris Miezis alongside scoring machine Cameron Forte.

Paris recently beat Liman in Shanghai en route to a runner-up finish.

    ...

Shanghai champs Riffa (BRN) and in-form Raudondvaris Hoptrans (LTU), who have reached the final in four straight events, are on a collision course in a Pool D blockbuster.
