    Taveion Hollingsworth is no stranger to the Top Performers lineup and the guard bowed out of the competition with Petrolina AEK on a high with 25 points, 9 rebounds and 6 steals in their 85-80 road victory at Karhu Basket.

    There was double joy for Sporting CP as they advanced to the Second Round with a crucial 90-72 success against previously unbeaten Balkan Botevgrad. Marcus LoVett poured in 26 points, whilst dishing out 10 assists in the win with Eddie Ekiyor also producing the goods with 18 points, 13 rebounds and 2 blocks.

    Olivier Hanlan backed up his stunning performance from last week with another all-around effort with his 22 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists helping Itelyum Varese to a 94-81 win against BC TSU Tbilisi as they locked up one of the best ranked runners-up spots.

    Also making the lineup was Romanian big Catalin Baciu after recording 13 points and 13 rebounds to help CSM CSU Oradea advance with their 93-74 triumph over Group J winners Legia Warszawa.
