SARAJEVO (FIBA Europe Cup) - Having already secured the Group A crown in advance, ESSM Le Portel capped their fine Regular Season display with a convincing 86-66 victory over Bosna on the road in Sarajevo on Tuesday evening.
Turning Point: While short of the 31-3 blistering display in the first quarter of the return game against Bosna, Le Portel did more than enough in the opening frame once again, building a 22-point advantage after outscoring the hosts 31-9 in the first 10 minutes of play.

Game Hero: It's hard to pinpoint a single player on the French side, but Franklin Hassel was his usual trustworthy self with 11 points, 7 rebounds and a couple of assists in just 19 minutes of action.
Stats Don't Lie: Le Portel laid a solid foundation to the win with commendable work on the glass, outrebounding their opponents 33-19 and getting 38 points inside the painted area, compared to just 22 by Bosna.
Bottom Line: It has been an overwhelmingly positive first international campaign for the Le Portel side, who have won five straight games in the FIBA Europe Cup since falling to Donar Groningen in their opening fixture.
