MUNICH (FIBA Europe Cup) - FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season Group I will be a three-team group, following the withdrawal of Bosnia and Herzegovinian club Igokea, earlier this week.

Igokea were placed in the FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season, on account of missing out on a spot in the Basketball Champions League Regular Season, via Qualification Round 2.

However, in a statement addressed to FIBA Executive Director Europe Kamil Novak on 10 October, Igokea announced they will not be competing in Group I.

Group I will now be contested by BC Mures (ROU), Prienu-Birstono (LTU) and TLU/Kalev (EST).
