Turkey cruised to a 90-68 success when the teams met in their Group A opener and they will meet again in the last four after coming through their respective Quarter-Finals on Friday.
Turkey overpowered Italy 83-72, coasting in the final quarter after Ege Arar led the way with 24 points during the first three periods.
Lithuania also looked inside to make the most of their size advantage over Czech Republic and prevailed 79-69.
The other Semi-Final pits Germany against Spain.
The Germans closed their Quarter-Final against Ukraine on an 8-0 run, inspired by the 28-point performance of Andreas Obst to advance.
And Spain stand between Germany and the Final, after Francisco Alonso’s 26-point showing helped lift them above Latvia.
In the Classification Round, Serbia, Slovenia, Israel and Sweden secured their Division A status for 2017 while France, Finland, Belgium and Hungary must battle to beat the drop to Division B.
