ZAGREB (FIBA U18 Women's European Championship) - Croatia may have unearthed a diamond in playmaker Nika Muhl, who continues to turn heads in her homeland with some jaw-dropping numbers.
Her latest accomplishments went global after she landed a quadruple-double in the Croatian U17 League Finals, prior to then posting a triple-double, inevitably taking the MVP accolade and lifting the coveted silverware.

QUADRUPLE-DOUBLE in 17 minutes 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
10 points, 10 steals, 10 rebounds and 1⃣7⃣ assists in an U17 game in Croatia. Wow. pic.twitter.com/RqLsZF1OpC
The ZKK Tresnjevka 2009 standout is already on the senior national team radar for coming years, having competed at the past two FIBA U16 Women's European Championships and shown glimpses of her exciting potential in a Croatia jersey.
Muhl had the honor of receiving her MVP award last weekend from Croatian legend Anda Jelavic, who is the current senior team play-caller, trying to get her country to FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2019. If Muhl gets anywhere near the accomplishments of Jelavic, that will be an incredible boost to her and Croatian basketball.

Playing for the senior side is still likely to be some way off just yet and she has plenty to learn. But expected to lead Croatia in Udine this summer, Jelavic will be an interested observer and she will be even more excited by the fact that Muhl has a younger sister also pulling on her siblings' tail and looking to follow in her footsteps.
