The 17-year-old led the tournament in points (18.8) and rebounds (12.8) per game averages as well as posting six double-doubles including a 21-point, 16-rebound display in the Final.
Janette Aarnio joins her teammate Kuier in the lineup after putting up 11.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.8 steals per outing over the course of the tournament.
Sweden's Matilda Ekh missed out on a medal, but earned her spot with 14.8 points and 6.3 rebounds, while Turkey earned third place through the performances of Feride Akalan with the forward scoring 18 points to win bronze as part of her 15.3 points per game average.
Greece came up short in the Final, though Ioanna Chatzileonti was rewarded with a place in the lineup having come close to a tournament double-double with averages of 11.1 points and 9.6 rebounds.
